Replacement of IZKF/ELAN tool and data import into the new system: FlexAP

The IZKF has introduced a new, more modern and flexible application system. In future, all IZKF calls for proposals and the follow-up of projects will be carried out via the so-called “FlexAP”.

Current projects as well as projects in follow-up status will be transfered from the old IZKF and ELAN tool systems to the new FlexAP in 2024. In addition, projects that have not yet been submitted to the IZFK via an online application system will also be included in the new application. The new inclusion affects the following funding lines: Do I(I)T, Jochen Kalden Funding Program and the Synergy Grants. Our aim is to ensure that the follow-up of projects is recorded centrally in one system.

Affected project managers have already been informed about the transfer, which is scheduled for October 2024.
